I know this to be true: you are not alone.

I also know that you’re a brilliant entrepreneur (who doesn’t always feel brilliant).
I know that you work as hard as you know how, and then some.
I know that you love what you do, even when it’s hard to explain it to your other friends, and your parents, and your partner, and the people in that networking group last week.

When you’re in a community of like-minded entrepreneurs, you can ask questions and get real, I-tried-this-and-it-worked answers. (And the other best kind of answer, I-tried-this-and-it-blew-up-in-my-face – it’s great to learn from someone else’s mistakes sometimes, yes?)

You can say, will you look at my sales page? I think it sucks and I don’t know why.
You can ask for help when you break WordPress, or when you accidentally lose some of your content.
You can vent, rant, celebrate, and laugh with us.

Some of us will beta test your products. Some of us will help you see things from a new perspective. Some of us will encourage you, remind you who you are, and be accountability partners alongside you.

All of us will be better for being together.

A vibrant forum that’s constantly active.

There are a lot of great forums out there, but the reason I love this one so much is that we participate in it. We ask questions, we respond to each other, and we’re massively entertaining as well.

Right now, the core group is less than 20 people, which means that the level of personal interaction is very high. The membership number is capped at 50, so there will always be that small-town feeling (if you can visualize a forum as a small town).

Beta testing opportunities.

When I develop classes, I open it up to the community members to see if they’d like to participate, free of charge, as guinea pigs. The last class I did with them has produced some amazing results in their businesses, and I am thrilled that I was able to offer it to them.

The dollar amount cost of that class will be more than a year’s worth of community membership when I open it up for registration. I love when I can give my people a win/win.

On the previous website, we had a monthly Roving Robin report, a chock-full-of-links post featuring anything that our community members were working on, launching, or wanted more eyeballs to see.

Moving the community to the main website means more eyeballs, more visitors, and more opportunity for your links, launches, and blog posts to be seen and acted on.
